Confirmation
Immediately after payment is confirmed, booking confirmation is sent to the booker and passenger.

The passenger receives a pickup reminder with the confirmed time and location the day before travel.

When the chauffeur is on the way, the passenger receives the driver name, vehicle and registration.

Is name-board meet-and-greet included with every airport pickup?
Yes. Complimentary meet-and-greet with a passenger name board and luggage assistance is included for every airport pickup. Airport parking is charged separately at actual cost.
Where will my chauffeur meet me after an international flight?
After customs and biosecurity, your chauffeur waits with the passenger name board at the designated international arrivals exit. The chauffeur then assists with luggage and accompanies you to VIP parking, typically about 200 metres from the terminal exit. The exact meeting point and walking distance may vary with airport directions.
Where will my chauffeur meet me after a domestic flight?
Your chauffeur waits with the passenger name board at the relevant domestic terminal exit, then assists with luggage and accompanies you to the vehicle in limousine parking, typically about 50 metres away. The exact meeting point and walking distance may vary with terminal operations.
Will my chauffeur leave if baggage or customs takes longer than the free waiting time?
No. The chauffeur does not leave simply because complimentary waiting has expired. Paid waiting then applies, and the chauffeur remains until you are onboard or ASChauffeured dispatch gives another instruction. Keep your phone available and stay in contact.
How are ASChauffeured chauffeurs screened and trained?
Chauffeurs undergo criminal-history screening, identity and Australian right-to-work verification including visa status where applicable, licence and accreditation checks, driving-record review, and ASChauffeured service-standards training.
Which vehicle should I book for airport luggage?
For one or two passengers with standard luggage, the S-Class is usually suitable. For families, extra bags, prams or golf clubs, the V-Class or Sprinter is often the better choice.
Can I book an airport transfer for someone else?
The booker and passenger can be different people. The booking confirmation can stay with the organiser while operational pickup details are provided to the passenger.
Is the airport transfer price confirmed before booking?
Your quote is confirmed before the booking is accepted. It shows the agreed fare, tolls, airport parking where applicable, selected extras and total payable before payment is taken.
Do you provide child seats for airport transfers?
Child seats can be requested when booking, subject to availability and the correct age details.
What in-vehicle amenities are included?
Every journey includes complimentary Evian bottled water, in-vehicle phone charging and Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi connectivity may vary with mobile network coverage.
